As a leader in the school where I teach, this programme offered me the tools I needed to provide the best possible quality of learning and at the same time connect with my team. After taking this master's degree I can say that all of these tools were provided to me and I feel much more prepared.
After a lot of searching, I found a wonderful team at OBS. At the beginning I contacted the programme director, who gave me very good energy, and in general the whole process was quite good. Today I can say that it was the best possible choice.
Thanks to the OBS Master's in Management Coaching and Leadership, I have learned to listen better, to be more empathetic with my work team, to get to know their human qualities better and to take advantage of their strengths to achieve common goals. This programme has made me a more sensitive person, more open and more aware of the importance of understanding my team.
I would recommend the school for two main reasons: Firstly, for the structure. The programme is very well put together academically, it's demanding and it makes a great contribution. The second point has to do with the human factor of the teachers and the directors of the institution. You really feel the dedication and support that allows you to achieve your objectives.
