Internal analysis to evaluate whether or not we are properly prepared for and understand the "new environment" is essential to avoid missteps and minimise impacts. Which market we access and which channel we will use, and how the marketing mix and digitalisation variables impact will depend on the type of strategy that we establish.

Therefore, the aim of this module is to understand the concept of strategy by analysing all the variables that affect a company's internationalisation process.
