I chose this programme because I wanted to gain skills to aply to my daily work and hopefully be able to make a transition in my near future as a management coach. This training has been key for my professional and personal growth.
OBS' methodology allowed me to undertake this online master without hving to move countries, it was an opportunity to be in contact with professionals from different countries and to learn about other cultures.
Throughout the course I have developed many skills, especially soft skills that have allowed me to improve communication with my work team and strengthen human relations within my environment.
