Xavier Olivares is a consultant in innovation, organisational strategy and business transformation with more than 17 years of experience leading change and competitiveness projects in companies and organisations across various sectors. He is the founder of ISOTONIA Innovation Lab SL, where he promotes innovation and organisational empowerment. He also directs the Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and teaches on the Master in Digital Transformation at OBS Business School.
