Tell us briefly about your career
I am Colombian, currently living in Ecuador. I have a Master in Integrated Quality Management and I am currently actively looking for a job.
Why did you decide to join the service?
The decision to sign up for the CV Diagnostic was to be able to see my current CV from the perspective of an experienced head-hunter and to detect improvements and opportunities. The initial expectations were to review the CV and improve its quality.
Have you been able to enhance your profile and reach more recruiters?
Yes, there were many opportunities for improvement which I need to work on in my profile in order to reach the recruiters.
What has been your experience with this service?
Very good experience. In my case, my time with Héctor Labarta was productive, because with his knowledge and years of experience we made a quick analysis of improvements and opportunities of the CV. Seeing his perspective as a recruiter and understanding what the correct presentation of a CV looks like.
What has your time at OBS meant for you?
Expanding my knowledge of quality issues and tools that exist for the improvement of integrated management systems.
