The entrepreneurial spirit must nowadays be in the DNA of any company if it wishes to grow, diversify and expand. Large companies have developed costly innovation programs to boost those invisible entrepreneurs that will help them get out of the comfort zone and aim for more. Throughout this module, students will delve into topics such as the structure of a Business Plan, the financing process and the profile and competencies of the entrepreneur, among others.
