DCH is holding the II DCH Global Human Capital Summit 2024 on the 6th and 7th of June 2024.
The International Organisation of Human Capital Managers holds the annual international forum to promote education and debate in the human resources field. It is also an ideal space for networking among its participants. This year, the summit offers a new hybrid format, allowing for face-to-face and virtual participation of all members and teams in countries where the organisation is based.

On Thursday 7 June, at 12:00h (Colombia time), as part of the event's agenda, Verónica Pastor, Business Partner of People and Organisation at Repsol and professor at the Tech MBA of OBS, will present the online workshop ‘Employee Experience 4.0: Leading the Transformation’.
‘We will address content to help leaders understand, improve and develop strategies to improve the Employee Experience in the organisation. In addition, we will look at the key factors of the Employee Experience’.
