Why did you decide to study this Master?
I took the Master's in Digital Transformation because it was a very complete programme with very current contents, being able to study it online and apply it in the workplace is fundamental, we are in this new growing digital era and it is very important.
Why did you choose to study it at OBS?
I chose OBS Business School because the bank where I work gave us some scholarships to apply and I was selected for it. I know it has a lot of prestige, I loved the subjects and the professionals there. I started to get more into the school, I loved it and it fulfilled a lot of criteria that are important when it comes to studying a master.
What benefits does the online methodology has for you?
The online methodology for me is the best thing there is. Being able to study from Argentina and being able to be connected with people from all over the world and, in fact, generate a social network, I think it's fantastic. To be able to choose when to connect participate in all the talks, not missing anything, I think it's fundamental, it's great, and to be able to manage the time it takes to work, to listen, to watch a presentation. For me it is very important to be able to have that freedom, that flexibility; that is why online is fundamental today.
What skills have you developed throughout the programme?
Throughout the programme I have developed a lot of skills.
From teamwork, being able to relate to other people, having a time schedule which I think is fundamental when it comes to working and studying. On a conceptual level of professional issues: a lot of skills that I now apply to my work and knowledge based skills. I think it is very important to be able to apply what you are studying and that the teacher himself tells you about his experience, I think it is very valid. We have been applying and incorporating everything we have learned in our work environments, professional projects or helping other people.
My experience at the school has been really positive, I have always felt very well looked after, they are very hospitable, and very friendly. The platform was very accessible, the experience with the teachers is very close despite the distance. The online methodology shortens the distances and it was really nice, I loved being able to meet people from other places, to be able to share and work on that, to be able to understand others in their culture, how they function in their day.
How do you see your professional future now that you've completed your program?
I feel that Digital Transformation and the development of a business leads you to be on the move all the time and to keep learning and putting into practice the training and everything we learnt, it took us a whole year of hard work but it was really worth it. I am already applying it at work through a lot of techniques, we have put into practice work methodologies, as well as improvements in counselling. I see myself in this, growing, I love teaching.
What would you say to a person considering studying at OBS?
To anyone who wants to join OBS Business School, and in fact I have been asked a lot, my answer is that they should go for it. It is a very nice experience, practical in the sense that, although you need to be able to fit in time and space, it is worth it because it generates a beautiful network with a lot of social, human and professional value.
