Andrea Novara, Manager of Innovis By Evoltis shares her opinion as a student of the Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Andrea tells us how the Master has given her immediate results in her profession: "I found immediate impact in my work. It opened my mind, doors and desire to continue studying. It generated value for me and for others from everything I was able to absorb, learn and develop".
Why did you decide to study this Master's degree?
I had a very particular interest in the approach we were taking within the company to delve into and deepen, from a very professional and academically rigorous approach, the topic of innovation and everything that has to do with new business ventures, given that we were about to initiate the creation of a spin off with a focus on innovation.
Why did you choose to study it at OBS Business School?
I chose to study at OBS Business School on the recommendation of a client who had studied at the institution and his experience was very positive.
What benefits does the online methodology has for you?
The online methodology and above all the one proposed by OBS is very versatile, very useful in terms of time and the freedom it gave me to be able to study, to make it compatible with the rhythm of work, home, activities. There is a roadmap that is necessary so as not to become diluted in such a virtual environment.
What skills have you developed throughout the programme?
The programme, in addition to all the content it gave me, was extremely positive and of a high level. It allowed me to develop certain skills along the way that had to do with strictly digital communication, generating work spaces and work teams with colleagues from other cultures and also the ability to work individually and collaboratively because there is a good blend between the individual and the collaborative as a team.
I think it has a design that when you really understand it and embark on it, it is a flow. It has the richness of all the partners and it also gave me the value of all the knowledge acquired to transfer it directly to my work.
How do you imagine your professional future after your programme?
I found immediate results and impact within my activity and profession. On the other hand, it opened my mind and doors, desires to continue studying. It generated value for me and for others from all that I was able to absorb, learn and develop.
What would you say to a person considering studying a Master’s at OBS?
I would say that it is the most appropriate place for this moment because we are in a context that is demanding speed, agility, knowledge, competitiveness, excellence and somehow OBS summarises all of that.
