Why did you decide to study this Master's degree?

I took this Master in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Leadership because it is a subject that I have been working on for the last few years in many sectors, many companies, and it gave me the opportunity to understand how they worked in different aspects of human rights, labour practices, the environment, even in all aspects of sustainable development in countries and in day-to-day life, and that is what led me to decide to take the programme.

Why did you choose to study it at OBS?

Choosing to study at OBS Business School was very interesting and I look at it from several aspects. Firstly, as a business school and also with the academic partner that is the University of Barcelona for this programme, it seemed to me that the trajectory as a business school was very important, the positioning and rankings that they maintain both here in Spain and internationally, and also that it is a very comprehensive programme that allowed me to get to know different aspects of how the sustainable part and social responsibility itself is developed.

What benefits does the online methodology has for you?

The online methodology is undoubtedly very interesting and very important for the day to day, to manage your time, your schedule and of course the online methodology allows you to have access to a lot of information, to many resources of materials in a digital version that is much easier to understand, to access and even the online methodology also allowed me, being from here in Spain, to share criteria, to combine also a bit of feedback with other colleagues from other countries which is certainly very enriching.

What skills have you developed throughout the programme?

The main skills that have allowed me to access this programme have been to understand how each of the organisations operate in different areas, all the projects that can be carried out in CSR and sustainability, not only in a department or in a company itself, but also at the country level and even within civil society. I think it is a very important aspect to understand how to prepare a diagnosis, develop a strategy and implement a project that of course generates results with positive impacts.

How do you imagine your professional future after finishing the programme?

I want to combine my professional future within the company I currently work for and, of course, develop a very robust enterprise that can help many public or private organisations to establish new projects, new strategies, new management plans.

What would you say to a person considering studying a Master’s at OBS?

If you want to study at OBS Business School, I would say that it would be the best choice you could make because it would be the best choice for you because you would be able to carry out such a practical programme, to be close to such important profiles such as a teaching staff that occupy management positions in different companies, to have that approach with other profiles from other countries. If that is the alternative you want, of course OBS Business School will be the best option.
