Why did you decide to study this Master?

In our institution, we have always strived to advance and improve the service experience. That motivation led me to pursue this master's degree, with the goal of finding new alternatives and tools that will allow me, in my role as a leader, to enhance the quality of the service we offer, especially to children with cancer.

Why did you choose to study it at OBS?

Due to the enormous advantages offered by virtual education, we were provided with various alternatives with highly qualified teachers who fostered innovation, creativity, and the development of strategic skills such as leadership and teamwork. All these elements were key in my decision-making process, as they represented a unique opportunity for both professional and personal growth.

What benefits does the online methodology have for you?

One of the greatest benefits of the online methodology was the study materials provided by the professors, featuring innovative topics and diverse readings that sparked great interest. Additionally, the OBS library offers excellent resources for further research. Without a doubt, the human and academic quality of the professors has been a key factor in this experience.
