9 out of 10 students highlight real career improvements after graduating from OBS

OBS Business School bases its teaching model on a student-centred methodology, reaffirming its commitment to professional development and employability. In this context, the school has published its Employment Report 2026, a report produced by the institution's Careers Services department, which shows results that consolidate OBS' leadership in the online education sector and in highly qualified professionals' traning. For another year, the key indicators show an improvement in job opportunities and a significant increase in salaries.

High impact on professional careers

Students on specialised master's programmes experience tangible results and improvements after completing their training. 87.7% state that their time at OBS Business School has been key to their professional development, evidence of the effectiveness of a training model geared towards employability and career advancement.

This impact is reflected in specific indicators: 69.2% of graduates have received new job offers and 65.6% have experienced an average salary increase of more than 20.7% after studying a master at OBS, further consolidating their position in the job market

In addition, students enrolled in OBS’s MBA programmes achieve particularly strong outcomes after completing their studies. 92.8% state that the MBA has had a positive impact on their professional development, strengthening their managerial profile and career prospects. Likewise, 76.9% of graduates have experienced a salary increase, and the same percentage have taken on greater responsibilities within their organisation. Furthermore, 81.5% report having built a valuable and effective professional network, reinforcing their positioning and growth opportunities in market.

Boosting entrepreneurship

In response to the growing entrepreneurial drive, OBS Business School actively supports the success of its entrepreneurial students:

  • 19.3% of students demonstrate a clear entrepreneurial profile.
  • 88.5% believe that OBS has contributed to the creation or development of their entrepreneurial ventures.
  • 92.7% report having acquired new key knowledge.

The report highlights the consolidation of entrepreneurship as an increasingly relevant career path among students, both at school and globally. This trend is in line with data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), which indicates that ‘the rate of entrepreneurship among the population with a higher level of education is increasing.

These results reflect OBS Business School's commitment to practical education geared towards current market demand, which develops applicable skills and prepares students to face the challenges of the professional environment. Thus, OBS continues to consolidate its position as a benchmark in online education, forming leaders able to adapt and thrive in a constantly transforming landscape.
